These Terms of Service govern your use of acnco.com and our online store, and bookings, purchases, memberships and programs offered by Acne Care Network CO, Ltd, a Colorado limited liability company, d/b/a ACN Co. ("ACN Co.," "we," "us," or "our").
Please review these terms before booking or purchasing. Additional terms specific to a service, location, membership or program will be provided before you agree to that offering. Separate treatment consent forms may also apply. Our Glow Up Membership Terms appear below on this page under "Membership Terms" and control for Glow Up memberships and the Accure Deposit.
Services, providers, pricing and availability may vary by location. Your booking or enrollment information will identify the business responsible for providing your services. If a location is independently operated under the ACN Co. brand, that relationship and any applicable location-specific terms will be disclosed before booking.
Website content, educational materials and skin-quiz results are provided for general informational purposes. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis, individualized medical advice, or a substitute for an appropriate professional assessment.
Using our website, completing a quiz, or submitting an inquiry does not by itself establish a provider-patient relationship or confirm that a treatment is suitable for you.
Our website, contact forms and text messaging services are not intended for emergencies. Call 911 if you are experiencing a medical emergency.
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Please provide accurate contact information and review your appointment details, including the service, location, provider, price and any preparation instructions.
Certain services may require a consultation, health-history review, medical clearance or other assessment before treatment can proceed. Booking an appointment does not guarantee eligibility for a particular treatment.
Please arrive on time. A late arrival may require shortening or rescheduling an appointment to protect treatment safety and other clients' appointment times. Any applicable late-arrival or no-show charge will be disclosed before booking.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service price. Moving an appointment within that period is treated as a late cancellation of the original appointment.
You may cancel or reschedule through the booking system, where available, or by contacting the location identified in your booking confirmation. Please retain your cancellation confirmation.
For appointments included in a membership, package or program, the service value used to calculate any cancellation fee, and whether a session credit is affected, will be disclosed before enrollment or booking. We will not both charge a cancellation fee and deduct a session credit for the same appointment unless that treatment was clearly disclosed and accepted in advance. Glow Up membership visits follow the late-cancellation rules in the Membership Terms below.
The Accure Deposit is governed by the Accure Deposit section of the Membership Terms below.
If ACN Co. cancels an appointment, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. We will offer rescheduling or a refund of amounts prepaid for the canceled appointment.
Applicable prices, taxes, deposits and payment schedules will be disclosed before booking, purchase or enrollment. Any additional service or product charges require your agreement.
If a deposit or payment method on file is required, the applicable terms will be presented before you confirm your booking. Charges to a stored payment method will be made only under the authorization you provide.
Installment payments do not necessarily constitute a month-to-month membership. Any total purchase obligation and payment schedule will be disclosed before you agree.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review it.
Refund eligibility for services, deposits, packages, memberships, programs and products will be disclosed before purchase. Any restrictions involving opened products, used services, promotional purchases or unused balances will be stated in the applicable purchase terms. Skincare product returns are covered by our Refund Policy, and gift cards by our Gift Card Terms.
Please contact us if you have a concern about a service or product. We will review the circumstances and applicable terms. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights or other remedies available under applicable law.
ACN Co. may offer memberships that include services, discounts, products, credits or other benefits. Our Glow Up Membership Terms appear below on this page. For any membership, the following details will be provided before enrollment:
A membership renews automatically only if automatic renewal is clearly disclosed and you affirmatively agree to it. We will provide confirmation of the enrollment terms and cancellation instructions in a form you can retain.
For recurring memberships, you authorize the charges described in the enrollment agreement. We will provide legally required renewal reminders and notices of material changes. Any price change will be communicated before it takes effect, with an opportunity to cancel before the changed recurring charge applies.
You may stop automatic renewal using the cancellation method provided at enrollment. For memberships enrolled in online, we will provide a straightforward online cancellation option. Contact us if you need assistance.
Stopping automatic renewal prevents renewal into a new term; it does not necessarily eliminate payment obligations for a separately agreed initial commitment. Any such obligation must be clearly disclosed before enrollment.
Canceling an appointment does not cancel a membership. Canceling a membership does not automatically cancel separately scheduled appointments. Please address each separately.
ACN Co. may offer programs or packages combining consultations, treatments, products, education or follow-up support.
Before purchase, we will disclose the included services and products, total price, payment schedule, expected duration, participating locations, and applicable cancellation and refund terms. Any expiration date, transfer restriction or rule governing unused sessions will also be disclosed before purchase and will be subject to applicable law.
A fixed package or program does not automatically renew unless you separately agree to an expressly disclosed renewal arrangement.
Treatment plans may need adjustment based on your response, health information or provider assessment. Additional paid services or products require your agreement.
If a provider determines that a planned treatment is unsuitable, we will discuss appropriate alternatives and how unused prepaid amounts will be handled under the applicable agreement and law.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information relevant to your care, including medications, allergies, health conditions, recent procedures and changes that may affect treatment safety.
Our providers may recommend modifying, postponing or declining a service when it is unsuitable or unsafe. Laser and other services requiring medical oversight are subject to applicable professional requirements, provider assessment and treatment-specific consent.
Before a procedure requiring informed consent, you will receive information about the proposed treatment, relevant risks, benefits, alternatives and aftercare. Accepting these website terms does not replace that process.
Please follow preparation and aftercare instructions and promptly report concerns or unexpected reactions.
Individual results vary based on factors such as skin condition, health history, treatment selection, home care and consistency. We do not guarantee a particular result, complete acne clearance or a specific timeline.
Testimonials and before-and-after images describe individual experiences and are not guarantees of your outcome.
Service eligibility for minors depends on the treatment, provider assessment and applicable law.
A parent or legal guardian must provide consent and participate where required. We will communicate any age, consent or attendance requirements before treatment. Any adult accepting financial responsibility must agree to the applicable booking or purchase terms.
Minors may not independently enter into membership agreements or authorize recurring charges unless legally permitted.
You must be 18 or older to buy in our online store. A person under 18 may use the store only through a parent or guardian, who places the order and agrees to these terms. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Some professional brands are sold only to established ACN Co. clients. To see prices and buy them, you must sign in to an account that our staff have approved. We approve accounts at our discretion and may remove approval when someone is no longer a client. Professional-use products are not sold online.
Products are for your personal use. You may not resell them. We may limit quantities, and we may refuse or cancel an order that appears to be for resale, exceeds a limit, or comes from an account that isn't approved for a client-only product. Brands may limit discounts, so a discount or promo code may not apply to every product. Member discounts apply online only where the brand allows and never to client-only products. If a price or description is wrong (for example, a typo), we may cancel the order before it ships or contact you; if you were charged, we'll refund you in full.
Colorado sales tax is charged where required and shown at checkout. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy; we ship only to the continental United States, except Washington State for now. Returns are covered by our Refund Policy.
Our products are skincare products for use at home. Buying a product is not medical treatment, and product information on this site is general information, not medical advice. Read and follow each product's label and directions. Patch test a new product on a small area first. If you have a reaction, stop using the product and contact us; if it's severe, get medical care right away.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Products come with any manufacturer warranty that applies, and nothing in these terms removes a warranty or right you have by law.
If you opt in to ACN Co. text messaging, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders and customer service messages within the scope of your consent. Promotional messages are sent only if you separately consent to marketing texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing products or services.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. To rejoin, complete the applicable opt-in process again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on text messages for emergency assistance or send sensitive medical information through ordinary text messaging.
Accepting these terms, providing a phone number, booking an appointment or consenting to email marketing does not by itself constitute consent to marketing texts.
Information collected through our messaging program is handled according to our Privacy Policy (https://www.acnco.com/privacy-policy). We do not share mobile information or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Our Privacy Policy (https://www.acnco.com/privacy-policy) explains how we collect, use and share personal information.
Accepting these terms does not authorize uses or disclosures of protected health information that require a separate authorization. It does not waive your privacy rights or constitute treatment consent.
You may use our website and educational content for lawful personal, noncommercial purposes.
Unless otherwise identified, website text, graphics, logos and other original content belong to ACN Co. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit that content without permission, except as permitted by law.
You may not misuse the website, submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software or interfere with its operation.
We may use third-party platforms for booking, payments, communications or other services. Those platforms may have their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
Third-party links are provided for convenience. We do not control external websites or guarantee their content or availability. These provisions do not eliminate responsibilities we have under applicable law.
We aim to keep website information accurate and services accessible, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free of errors. Please contact us to clarify any apparent pricing or service discrepancy before purchasing.
To the extent permitted by law, ACN Co. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website.
This limitation does not apply to treatment-related personal injury, negligence in providing care, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms waives nonwaivable consumer, patient or privacy rights.
Please contact us with concerns about services, billing, memberships or these terms so we can attempt to resolve them.
Colorado law governs these terms, except where applicable federal law or mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to bring an otherwise available claim.
Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be brought in the state courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies. For memberships, the dispute terms in the Membership Terms below apply.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Material changes affecting an existing purchase or membership will be communicated as required by law and the applicable agreement.
Posting revised terms does not by itself authorize new recurring charges, retroactive fees, or changes to an existing financial commitment. We will obtain additional agreement where required.

Glow Up Memberships
Effective date: October 20, 2026. Last updated: October 20, 2026.
Please read these terms before you join. They explain what your membership includes, how billing and automatic renewal work, and how to cancel. By checking the box at checkout and clicking Join, you agree to these terms.
These terms are between you and Acne Care Network CO, Ltd, a Colorado limited liability company, d/b/a ACN Co. ("ACN Co.," "we," "us," or "our"). ACN Co. operates esthetics studios in Arvada, Littleton and Louisville Advanced, Colorado.

We offer the following month-to-month memberships. There is no minimum term. Prices are per month, plus applicable tax. Prepaid annual versions of each Glow Up membership are described in Section 15.

Member perks:
Member discount: 5% (Glow Up Essential) or 10% (Glow Up Enhanced and Glow Up Elite) off add-ons, services and retail products, excluding packages, consults, and microneedling, Accure and exosome services.
Exosome services are those with an Exosome, Brightening Exosome, P.E.A.R.L. or Biosome Elevator. Retail product discounts never exceed 10%, to respect manufacturers' minimum advertised pricing (MAP), including Face Reality's 10% maximum.
No stacking. Member discounts never combine with package pricing, promotions, promo vouchers or any other discount.
Your membership renews automatically every month until you cancel. If you join after the 1st, your first payment at sign-up is your monthly rate prorated for the days remaining in that month; after that, dues are charged on the 1st of each month until you cancel. Each charge is your monthly fee for your plan, plus tax, charged to your card on file. Your monthly fee is charged whether or not you book a visit.
By joining, you authorize ACN Co. to charge your card on file as described above. You will receive a confirmation of your enrollment, including these terms and how to cancel, that you can keep for your records.
Price and benefit changes. If we change the price of your membership or make another material change to it, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect and tell you how to cancel, so you can cancel before the change applies. We will give you all other notices required by Colorado's automatic renewal law (C.R.S. 6-1-732).
This section applies to monthly memberships only; prepaid annual memberships have no sign-up fee (Section 15). For monthly memberships, a one-time sign-up fee of $75 is charged at enrollment. It is not charged if one of the three standing waivers below applies: (1) the Graduate Sign-Up Fee Waiver, (2) the rejoin waiver, or (3) the military waiver. The sign-up fee is nonrefundable when charged.
(1) Graduate Sign-Up Fee Waiver. The $75 sign-up fee is waived for any ACN Co. Program Graduate who enrolls in a Glow Up Membership at their Graduation Visit or within 30 calendar days after it. "Program Graduate" means a client who completed the final scheduled visit (the "Graduation Visit") of a paid ACN Co. Clear Up, Smooth Over or Clear Up Accure Acne program, any tier (Essential, Enhanced, or Elite), as recorded in ACN Co.'s booking system. Graduates of an ACN Co. Accure laser acne program receive the Graduate benefits matching the Accure program tier they completed: Clear Up Accure Acne Program · Enhanced counts as an Enhanced program and Clear Up Accure Acne Program · Elite as an Elite program (there is no Essential Accure program). Graduate benefits follow the program tier you completed, not the membership tier you join (for example, an Enhanced graduate who joins Elite receives the Enhanced benefit). The waiver is one-time per client, nontransferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with or substituted for any other sign-up fee waiver. It does not apply to a later rejoin after cancellation. Your receipt will show the fee as waived, the reason, and your Graduation Visit date.
(2) Rejoin waiver. If you cancel and rejoin Glow Up within 90 days after your membership ends, no sign-up fee is charged. This rejoin waiver is separate from the Graduate Sign-Up Fee Waiver, which does not apply to rejoins.
(3) Military waiver. No sign-up fee is charged to military service members, including when a membership resumes after a military suspension (Section 6). "Military" means active duty, reserve, National Guard or veteran with valid ID. To receive the military waiver, show one of the following at sign-up: a military ID, orders, a VA ID card, a veteran-marked Colorado driver's license or ID, or a DD-214. We view it and never copy it.
ACN Co. may also waive the sign-up fee in a promotion; the promotion will state its terms and end date.
Each month of your membership includes the visit for your tier described in Section 2. Your monthly fee is charged whether or not you book.
Unused visits (rollover). You may bank 1 unused visit at most. A banked visit must be used within 60 days after the end of the month in which it was earned; otherwise it expires. Any other unused visit is forfeited at the end of the month and has no cash value.
Late cancellation. If you cancel or reschedule a visit with less than 24 hours' notice, your first late cancellation in a membership year is waived, your second is charged 50% of that visit's price, and your third and any later ones are charged 100% of that visit's price. The fee is based on the single visit, never the full membership or program price. The count resets each membership year.
Late arrival. Arriving up to 5 minutes late is within our grace period; arriving 5 to 10 minutes late may mean a shortened service so we can stay on schedule for other clients (full price applies); arriving more than 10 minutes late is treated as a late cancellation and counts toward the totals above. Fees are charged to the payment method on file.
You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year.
How to request a freeze: request it online or at the front desk of your studio before your next billing date (the 1st of the month). Frozen months do not count as paid months toward the promo voucher or the Graduate Loyalty Month. A freeze never replaces your right to cancel.
Each billing month, a Glow Up member may share one promotional discount with one friend. The discount is 20% of the member's tier included-visit value: $19 (Glow Up Essential), $33 (Glow Up Enhanced) or $41 (Glow Up Elite). It covers one qualifying visit. Eligible services: Glow Up and Clear Up facials and peels, Dermaplaning Facial, Synergy, Carboxy, Hydration, Radiance, Recovery and Gentleman. Not eligible: consults, after-care, and Elevators. The Friend Visit Discount has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or a gift card, never stacks with any other discount, and expires at the end of the billing month in which it is issued. Your friend completes their own intake.
If you are a Program Graduate (as defined in Section 4) of an ACN Co. Clear Up, Smooth Over or Clear Up Accure Acne Enhanced or Elite program and you enroll in any Glow Up Membership (Essential, Enhanced or Elite) at or within 30 calendar days after your Graduation Visit, you receive Graduate Loyalty time once you have paid 4 monthly membership dues. Graduate benefits follow the program tier you completed, not the membership tier you join (for example, an Enhanced graduate who joins Elite receives the Enhanced benefit). This applies whichever Glow Up tier you join, including Glow Up Essential.
How it is billed on a monthly membership: Elite graduates: after 4 paid months, 1 month is added at no charge (your next monthly charge is skipped). Enhanced graduates: after 4 paid months, 15 days are added at no charge (your next monthly charge is 50% off). On the following billing date (the 1st), we charge your full monthly rate again ($149 Glow Up Essential / $209 Glow Up Enhanced / $299 Glow Up Elite, or your current rate) until you cancel. On a prepaid annual membership, the same benefit is added as time at the end of your term (Section 15).
This benefit is one-time per client, nontransferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for credit or a refund. Frozen months, waived months, and the sign-up fee do not count as paid months. If your membership is cancelled before the benefit is applied, it is forfeited. Graduates of an ACN Co. Accure laser acne program receive the Graduate benefits matching the Accure program tier they completed (Clear Up Accure Acne Program · Enhanced = Enhanced; Clear Up Accure Acne Program · Elite = Elite). Essential program graduates and non-graduates are not eligible. Eligible graduates also receive the Glow Up promo voucher after 6 paid months (Section 9); the benefit stacks with the voucher, and the skipped or half-price month does not count as a paid month toward it.
After 6 paid monthly membership dues, Glow Up members receive a one-time promotional voucher with no cash value: Glow Up Essential $25, Glow Up Enhanced $50, Glow Up Elite $100. Only fully paid months count; frozen months, waived months, and any free or discounted month (including a Graduate Loyalty Month) do not count toward the 6.
Promo vouchers are not gift cards, cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refund, and are forfeited if your membership is cancelled before they are issued or used. Non-graduate members receive the promo voucher only; the Graduate Loyalty Month is for eligible graduates only.
Using a voucher: a promo voucher is redeemable toward services or retail at ACN Co. studios; one per membership; it cannot be combined with other promo vouchers.
You can cancel anytime, in one step, online at www.acnco.com/account-cancel, or at the front desk of your studio. No phone call, letter, or reason is required. There is no minimum term.
To avoid your next monthly charge, cancel before your next billing date (the 1st of the month). If you cancel before that date, you will not be charged for the next month, and your membership ends at the end of your current billing period. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
If we show you a freeze or other offer when you cancel, a "Cancel Now" option will stay visible on screen so you can finish cancelling.
When your membership ends, any promo voucher not yet issued or used, and any Graduate Loyalty Month not yet applied, is forfeited (see Sections 8, 9 and 15). For monthly memberships, the sign-up fee is nonrefundable when charged.
If a charge to your card on file does not go through, we will notify you and retry the charge over the next 7 days. Until the balance is paid, you will not be able to book visits. If the balance is still unpaid 30 days after the failed charge, your membership will be cancelled. You can update your card in your online account or at the front desk of your studio.
ACN Co. provides cosmetic esthetic skin care services performed by Colorado-licensed estheticians, within the scope of practice set by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), Office of Barber and Cosmetology Licensure. Our services are not medical care, are not a substitute for care from a physician or dermatologist, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
We do not ask for a diagnosis or other medical details at the front desk, including for medical freezes (Section 6). How we handle personal information: see our Privacy Policy at https://www.acnco.com/privacy-policy.
Members under 18: a parent or guardian is the account holder, agrees to these terms, and consents to services for the member.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. If we make a material change to your membership, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance as described in Section 3 and tell you how to cancel. If you do not cancel before the change takes effect, the updated terms apply to your membership from that date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado, or in the county where the ACN Co. studio that provided your services is located. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where it qualifies. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Colorado consumer protection law.
Glow Up Essential Annual (Prepaid), Glow Up Enhanced Annual (Prepaid) and Glow Up Elite Annual (Prepaid) include the same monthly visit, add-on choice, member perks and member discounts as the matching monthly Glow Up membership (Section 2), paid up front for 12 months. Annual members also receive the promo voucher and, if eligible, the Graduate Loyalty Month, as described below. Everything else in these terms applies to prepaid annual memberships unless this section says otherwise.
Prices (plus applicable tax):
Prepaid annual prices are about 5% off 12 monthly payments at the regular monthly price, rounded to the nearest whole dollar ending in 5.
Price and term. You pay the annual price up front, and your price is locked for your term. Your term starts on your purchase date and runs 12 months from that date. No sign-up fee is charged on prepaid annual memberships.
Early cancellation and refunds. You may cancel anytime online at www.acnco.com/account-cancel or at the front desk of your studio. If you cancel before your term ends, your refund is:
*Comparable value is based on regular retail prices for similar unbranded items sold by other retailers. Perks included in your visits (such as masks, massage, cryo, hot towel, and hammers) are covered by the monthly price charged for each month started and are not deducted separately. Member discounts you used are not deducted.
The refund is never less than $0: if the result is zero or less, no refund is paid. The prepay savings apply only to a completed 12-month term. Refunds are based on months, not visits, and unused visits have no cash value. There is no non-refundable period: you may cancel at any point in your term and receive a refund calculated as above. We issue refunds within 30 days after you cancel, to your original payment method, or to Cherry if you financed through Cherry (see Financing below).
No early-cancellation fee applies if: (a) ACN Co. closes your studio or cannot provide your services; (b) you have a documented medical inability to receive treatment (a note from your healthcare provider stating that you cannot receive treatment; we do not need your diagnosis); (c) you receive military relocation orders; or (d) you cancel for military service with written orders instead of suspending (see Freezes below). If ACN Co. closes your studio or cannot provide your services, or you cancel under (d), your refund is the full unused pro-rata amount of the annual price you paid, instead of the calculation above.
Freezes. Freeze limits are the same as for monthly memberships (Section 6). A freeze extends the end date of your term by the frozen time. There is no refund for frozen time. Medical, travel and military freezes are free. Any other freeze costs $20 per frozen month, charged to your card on file at the start of each frozen month. Freezes alone can extend your term to no more than 15 months from your purchase date. Graduate Loyalty time (below) is added on top of that and can take your term to up to 16 months. A military service suspension with written orders is not limited by the 15-month cap; your term pauses for the service period shown on your orders and resumes afterward. Instead of suspending, you may cancel with a full pro-rata refund of the unused term and no early-cancellation fee.
Unused visits. The rollover rules in Section 5 apply: you may bank 1 unused visit at most, to be used within 60 days after the end of the month in which it was earned. A visit banked in the final month of your term expires 60 days after your term ends.
Promo voucher. Annual members receive the one-time promo voucher for their tier (Glow Up Essential $25 / Enhanced $50 / Elite $100), issued after the 6th month of the term. The promo voucher rules in Section 9 otherwise apply.
Graduate Loyalty Month on an annual membership. If you meet the eligibility rules in Section 8 and enroll in any Glow Up Annual membership (Essential, Enhanced or Elite), then, because your dues are prepaid, once 4 months of your term are complete, free time is added to the end of your term: 1 month if you completed an Elite program, or 15 days if you completed an Enhanced program. Graduate benefits follow the program tier you completed, not the membership tier you join. This applies whichever Glow Up tier you join, including Glow Up Essential. This benefit stacks with the promo voucher. It is one-time, has no cash value, and is not counted in any refund. If you cancel early, before you use it, it is forfeited.
Transfer. Prepaid annual memberships are non-transferable. Your membership and any remaining term cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Automatic renewal into a monthly membership. When your term ends (on its end date, including any time added by a freeze or a Graduate Loyalty Month), your membership renews automatically as a monthly Glow Up membership on the same tier at the then-current monthly price (currently $149 Essential / $209 Enhanced / $299 Elite), plus tax, to your card on file until you cancel. Your first monthly charge is prorated from your term end date to the next 1st; after that, dues are charged on the 1st of each month. We will email you 25 to 40 days before your term end date. The email will tell you that your membership is renewing, the amount and date of the first monthly charge, and how to cancel online, and it will come from ACN Co. To avoid the monthly renewal, cancel before your term end date. After that, Sections 3 and 10 apply as for any monthly membership.
Another prepaid year. Your membership never renews into another prepaid year automatically. To prepay another year, you must make a new purchase and agree to these annual terms again.
Financing through Cherry. If you finance your annual price through Cherry, your loan agreement is a separate contract between you and Cherry. Your payment schedule and any interest or fees are set by that agreement, not by ACN Co. Any refund under this section is paid to Cherry to reduce your loan balance, not to you, and you owe Cherry any remaining balance under your loan agreement. If your loan agreement includes the Federal Trade Commission notice required by the Holder Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 433), you may assert against the holder of the loan the claims and defenses you have against ACN Co., as that notice provides. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Before Accure laser treatment is available, you may place an Accure Deposit. The deposit is not a booking. The website summary reads: “A $250 deposit locks in today's Accure package price through December 31, 2027 and is applied to the cost of your treatment. Fully refundable before your first treatment, within one year of your deposit date. See terms.” This section is the full terms.
(i) Price lock. A $250 deposit locks in the Accure package price in effect on your deposit date through December 31, 2027. The price lock covers that package price only; it does not cover taxes, add-ons, or other services.
(ii) Credit at your first treatment. Your deposit is applied to the cost of your Accure treatment at your first treatment.
(iii) Refunds before your first treatment. Your deposit is fully refundable before your first treatment, within one year of your deposit date. To request a refund, email care@acnco.com or ask at the front desk. We refund it to your original payment method within 10 business days of your request.
(iv) After one year from your deposit date, or once your first treatment has started, your deposit is no longer refundable, but it stays credited to the cost of your Accure treatment through December 31, 2027.
(v) After your first treatment. Once your deposit has been applied to the cost of your treatment, it is part of your treatment payment and the refund terms for your Accure package or program apply.
(vi) If your first treatment has not started by December 31, 2027, the price lock ends, and your deposit stays a credit toward the cost of your Accure treatment at the then-current price.
(vii) If we cannot provide Accure treatment. If ACN Co. cannot offer Accure treatment to you, we refund your deposit in full to your original payment method.
